Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have specific requirements for returns to ensure safety and hygiene.

Hygiene-Exempt Products (Soaps, Creams, Oils, Serums): In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we cannot accept returns for personal care items if the hygiene seal is broken or the product has been unwrapped/used. We can only offer refunds on these items if they are returned in their original, sellable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Home Fragrance (Candles & Diffusers): Unused candles and reed diffusers in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or diffusers where the reeds have been inserted into the oil.

Natural Variations Our products are handmade. Some variations in colour, texture, or scent between batches are a natural result of using botanical ingredients and are not considered defects.

Return Process To start a return, please contact hello@baumecocurated.co.uk. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
