we treat the delivery of our artisanal soaps and future collections with the same care we use to craft them. Every order is hand-packed in our London studio using 100% plastic-free, recyclable, and compostable materials.

Processing & Dispatch

Hand-Packed with Care: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Dispatch Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed the following working day.

UK Shipping Rates

We offer transparent, flat-rate tracked shipping via our trusted partners (Royal Mail/Evri) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £4.50

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £5.95

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £40.00.

Artisanal Product Care in Transit

Natural Variations: Our cold-pressed soaps (available in 100g and 115g bars) are rich in natural glycerin. You may occasionally notice slight "sweating" or "glycerin dew" on the bars if they encounter humidity during transit. This is a hallmark of high-quality, moisturizing soap and will disappear once the bar is in a dry environment.

Future Collections: For our upcoming body creams, hair oils, and candles, please note these are temperature-sensitive. We recommend retrieving your parcel promptly upon delivery to ensure products remain at their ideal consistency and quality.

Damages & Order Issues

While we take every precaution to secure our soaps and future collections, accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damaged items and the external packaging.
